WebexOne 2026: Cisco Brings AI Collaboration to Austin

Cisco will host WebexOne in Austin from 5–8 October 2026, bringing together collaboration, CX and IT leaders. Sessions will cover AI-powered collaboration, Webex Calling, contact centres, workplace technology, security and deployment, with customer speakers from Meta, AMD, Airlines, RBC and more

AI has become part of the everyday collaboration stack. It can prepare a meeting, capture the decisions, translate a call and handle an initial customer query. The next task is bringing those capabilities into established communications environments in ways that connect people, workflows, devices and customer interactions without creating new problems around data, security and management.

That will be a central theme at WebexOne, which takes place at the Fairmont Austin from 5–8 October and will bring together customers, partners and technology leaders for keynotes, technical training, hands-on labs and more than 150 sessions across collaboration and customer experience.

The speaker list includes Cisco executives Jeetu Patel, Anurag Dhingra and Snorre Kjesbu, alongside representatives from AMD, United Airlines, Deutsche Telekom, Akamai, Western Digital, RBC, American Eagle Outfitters, Massachusetts General Hospital and Rutgers University.

The event will close with a fireside chat featuring Tom Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl champion, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Brady will join the closing keynote on 8 October to discuss collaboration, leadership and resilience under pressure, drawing on his experience of building and leading high-performance teams.

From AI Features to AI Agents

Cisco is focused on the growing role of AI agents as digital teammates that can support people across collaboration and customer experience, and the subject runs through the agenda at WebexOne this year.

Sessions will examine how AI can help teams use context from conversations, content and workflows to move work forward, while keeping people in control.

The agenda includes sessions on connected intelligence across the Webex Suite, customer-centric AI agents and agentic AI in the workplace. But the focus is not limited to what agents can do: Cisco has also scheduled content on the controls behind them: governance, data protection, security and visibility into agent activity.

Customer Experience Meets Deployment Reality

Contact centre teams will have their own programme, covering Webex Contact Center, AI-powered customer interactions, AI Agent Studio, Flow Designer and developer tools.

Cisco’s  customer experience programme will examine how organisations can create more connected, personalised interactions across customer journeys, while AI Agent 360 focuses on agent performance and governance. The company will also address workforce engagement management, including forecasting, scheduling and quality management for teams using both human and AI workers.

Healthcare, financial services, government and public sector organisations will have dedicated roundtables. Their priorities differ, but each faces the same practical balancing act: applying AI to improve access and service without undermining compliance, customer trust or operational resilience.

The event will also address a point often lost in the race to add AI features: deployment choice. Sessions on Webex Calling, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, hybrid collaboration, data sovereignty and on-premises contact centres reflect the mixed environments many organisations still run.

The Workplace Beyond the Call

WebexOne will also turn attention to the physical workplace, where the quality of a hybrid meeting depends as much on room design, devices and management as it does on the meeting platform.

Cisco will showcase  its collaboration device portfolio,  alongside sessions on intelligent workplace experiences, AI-ready workplace infrastructure and meeting-room deployment. Cisco Cloud Control will be part of the discussion around helping IT and facilities teams understand room and device performance across an estate.

The technical programme includes more than 115 classes and labs, covering Calling, Contact Center, Webex Suite, devices, integrations, security, observability and platform development. Attendees can earn Cisco Continuing Education credits.

Cisco is offering free virtual access to live and on-demand keynotes. In-person conference passes are priced at $799, while a conference and training pass costs $1,199. Register for the event here.
