Yeastar Updates P-Series to Add Outbound Call Center Capabilities

Outbound calling is now SMB-ready: Yeastar’s P-Series adds a native call centre module, auto dialler, wallboard and CRM integration. Published on UC Today.

Yeastar P-Series outbound call center update

Yeastar has launched a new Outbound Call Center module for its P-Series Phone System Software Edition.

"Outbound engagement is no longer a 'big business' luxury,"

Arya Zhou, Head of Global Sales at Yeastar, said.

This new feature enables the PBX system to become a full-cycle customer engagement engine and aims to address gaps in SMB-focused outbound solutions.

P-Series Update

The P-Series Software Edition is a business phone system that combines voice, video, and other applications into one platform.

It can run on a virtualized environment or a company’s own hardware.

The new natively integrated Outbound Call Center now allows SMBs to automate and scale their outbound operations, freeing up agents.

"By embedding robust outbound call center features into P-Series Phone System, we’re empowering businesses to free agents for high-value conversations rather than manual dialing, logging, and system-toggling," Zhou said.

For business managers, the update provides greater control through features like the 3-in-1 Auto Dialer (Progressive, Power, Agentless Dialing) that enables tailored outreach strategies for various business needs.

A custom Direct Outward Dialing ensures higher answer rates by displaying local caller IDs, while Prospects Importing and Outbound Queues simplify large-scale campaign setup and prioritization.

A Campaign Wallboard also provides live performance metrics, agent stats, and detailed dialing logs, enabling managers to apply analysis to improve results.

It’s not just an upgrade for management, either. Frontline agents benefit from a unified interface that consolidates critical functions—such as managing assigned calls, accessing contact profiles, logging call dispositions, and scheduling callbacks—all without switching tabs.

Following the rollout of this software, Yeastar is now capable of delivering a holistic contact center suite, encompassing inbound/outbound call centers, omnichannel messaging (live chat, SMS, social media), and CRM integrations.

Yeastar Module Updates

The Outbound Call Center marks another milestone in Yeastar’s journey to create modules for new business use cases.

Alongside this announcement, Yeastar also announced in 2025 a hotel management module built into its P-Series Phone System solution to elevate hospitality communications and collaboration.
