Presenter and Tech Journalist Patrick Watson speaks to a variety of guests at the London leg of Avaya's Edge World Tour.

Fadi Moubarak, VP of International Markets at Avaya explains why Avaya's partners are critical to their success and how the tour can help with direct engagement. Fadi also explains how the rapidly changing market requires close collaboration between Avaya and partners to ensure customers receive the best solutions possible.

We then spoke to the co-founders of Formation. Formation are some of the newer breed of Avaya partners who specialise in cloud based solutions. Mark Tyers and Dan Cholerton told us how Avaya's issues in 2017 affected their new business but how those issues are resulting in a boost for their cloud proposition going forward.

Finally Managing Director of Customer Business Units at Six Degrees Group, Paul Mills, gave us their take on Avaya performance over the last 12 months and how they are working internally to increase their Avaya cloud offering.
