Presenter Patrick is joined by Aruna Ravichandran, CMO and VP Marketing for Software SaaS at Cisco.
Firstly Patrick and Aruna discuss Cisco's premise of Cognitive Collaboration. Bringing additional intelligence features into collaborative experiences is a major focus for Cisco and Aruna gives Patrick some examples of how this will be transformative for business processes.
Patrick then asks Aruna about how Cisco will be integrating cloud calling into all areas of its portfolio. Aruna explains that cloud calling will be made available through Cisco's various routes to market, including its Flex Plan licencing. Webex Calling is already available through Cisco's extensive partner network. Most interestingly Aruna tells Patrick about the ecommerce options for purchasing cloud calling. Webex Calling can already be purchased online in Germany but this capability will soon be expanded to other regions giving customers a simple way to purchase cloud calling options directly from Cisco and then integrate them into their Webex packages.
