Shure has unveiled ShureCloud, its new centralised device management solution for networked Shure audio devices.
Shure suggests that ShureCloud features intuitive workflows that are already familiar to IT admins and AV integrators. The platform offers real-time remote management access, allowing users to manage, monitor, update, and control devices and licenses from any location to ensure flexibility and convenience.
ShureCloud seeks to provide unified control and remote access for organisations of all sizes, whether managing a few devices for a small business or handling large-scale deployments for global enterprises, government, or higher education.
“ShureCloud is designed to facilitate streamlined management of your licenses and AV systems in the same way that you manage other enterprise devices, using familiar IT workflows, standards, and processes,” said Susy Liem, Associate Vice President of Global Product Management for Conferencing Products at Shure.
In today’s fast-paced environment, data is a critical asset. ShureCloud will provide actionable, data-driven insights that enable organisations to make informed decisions, streamline operations, and enhance overall productivity."
At launch, Shure outlines that the platform allows for unified control and management of Shure Microflex Ecosystem devices and IntelliMix Room DSP software licenses from a single user interface. Shure promises additional features such as self-registration and an expanded monitored device portfolio in the coming months.
More Specifics On ShureCloud
ShureCloud is pitched as encompassing multiple critical features, perhaps the foremost being streamlined management of all Shure devices from an intuitive platform.
Device monitoring allows users to view the status and performance of devices in real-time, ensuring optimal operation. Users can also push updates to keep all devices running on the latest firmware. Instant alerts notify users of any issues, aiming to enable rapid resolutions with minimal downtime. The Shure Wireless Workbench Scan Library application is now accessible within ShureCloud.
