Nuvola and Dialpad EMEA partnership

Nuvola Distribution has announced a strategic partnership with Dialpad in a move that expands UCaaS’s presence to resellers across the world.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Dialpad, a company that shares our commitment to delivering cutting-edge communication solutions,”

Michael Lloyd, CEO of Nuvola Distribution, said.

This collaboration will operate via an agency model to enhance the provision of Dialpad’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.

Dialing in on the Deal

Nuvola’s approach to cloud communication solutions, combined with its partnership portfolio and professional services, positions them to drive new business for Dialpad’s solutions.

Delivering a full spectrum of connectivity, security, and UC offerings, Nuvola Distribution works with reseller partners in Europe and in over 50 countries across the world.

Nuvola Distribution’s referral model equally encourages immediate attention from partners to sell Dialpad solutions, as it enables them to earn premium margins from the first sale, with opportunities for recurring revenue and scalable growth. It offers value-added services to resellers like consultancy, engineering, and support services that can help deliver a tailored setup.

“Dialpad’s particular focus on AI, which is integrated throughout their licensing from UC to CCaaS on a single pane of glass, will enable our partners to offer superior solutions,” Lloyd said.

Dialpad is a cloud communication platform offering a unified solution that integrates calling, messaging, and video meetings into a single app accessible across all devices.

As a UCaaS, it combines VoIP calling with collaboration tools and seamless integration with popular business apps like Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.

Its CCaaS solution enables businesses to automate routine tasks, improve agent productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including voice, messaging, and social media.

Dialpad’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions work seamlessly in tandem as part of a single, integrated platform.

Additionally, Dialpad has its own AI system, DialpadGPT, that works across its suite of products.

This domain-specific large language model (LLM) is described as the “first” to be specifically designed to cater to the changing needs of modern businesses.

Built over five years, it uses real-time generative AI based on five billion minutes of proprietary conversational data to automate tasks and improve customer service, sales, and recruiting experiences.

“Partnering with Nuvola Distribution is a significant step forward for Dialpad in expanding our reach across the EMEA region,”

Ross Jack, Director for Channel EMEA at Dialpad, said.

“Nuvola’s proven track record in the UC space and its comprehensive support for channel partners will be instrumental in delivering tailored, high-value solutions.”

Dialpad’s Strengths in AI

Dialpad’s strengths in AI come from its specific LLMs working across its platform.

Not only can these reduce issues like hallucinations, but as Jim Palmer, Dialpad Chief AI Officer, told UC Today, they provide better results for industry-specific scenarios.
