Coolwave Communications has partnered with Callroute to provide customers with automated provisioning of voice services on UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.
The partnership allows enterprises to connect Coolwave’s SIP trunking to Webex and Microsoft Teams, without customers needing physical infrastructure or too much technical understanding. Voxnube, a ‘voice cloud’ service provider, is the first customer to take up this new offering. The company distributes voice services and solutions to Coolwave and Callroute’s global partners while gaining call routing, number management and user provisioning solutions from Call Route and SIP trunking capabilities from Coolwave. Ronan Higgins, Commercial Director at Coolwave Communications, said: “Coolwave is very excited to be supporting Callroute in delivering global SIP solutions. “Callroute has developed an advanced call routing, number management and user provisioning solution, allowing you to connect any phone system and service provider together without the need for infrastructure or deep technical knowledge,
“Together, we are making it simple for all kinds of businesses to optimise and grow their UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS platforms with BYOC and automated voice services, helping to accelerate their services for customers.”
End customers can now access Coolwave’s SIP network to Microsoft Teams, and other UCaaS platforms with Callroute’s Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) offering. Partners and customers can also benefit from Coolwave’s self-service, cloud-based and white-label ‘Cool Operator’ platform, which offers high-quality, globally available, and secure voice services. The global availability of these capabilities offers the potential for customers to access regions which may have previously been inaccessible. For ease of maintenance and integration, Coolwave meets all the local regulatory compliance requirements, and Callroute takes care of the automation required to connect customers to PSTN services. Ewan Haig, CEO of Sipsynergy, said: “We are excited to welcome Coolwave as a Verified Carrier. "Their extensive coverage across 72 countries will be a game changer for enterprises that want to migrate their telephony to UCaaS services such as Microsoft Teams in challenging geographies. “The combination of Callroute’s powerful automation and Coolwave’s global coverage will certainly be a very compelling offer in the market.” Callroute provides PSTN integration with UCaaS and CCaaS platforms, plus traditional, on-premises telephony equipment. It automates deployment using a self-serve portal, which enables customers to start calling in a matter of minutes. Coolwave serves carriers, resellers, OTT players, and CPaaS and XaaS providers. It claims to “bridge the gap” between traditional voice services, messaging, next-gen platforms, applications, and OTT services.
