FluentStream is closing off the last days of January with a C-suite shakeup, positioning Kerrin Parker as its CEO and Cass Gilmore as Chairman.
"I intend to extend and expand these pillars that have come to define us as an organisation and look forward to continuing our momentum of growth and innovation,"
Parker said.
The moves represent a set of internal promotions and positionings, as Gilmore previously led the communication software company as CEO, and his successor Parker held the role of COO.
Examining the New Roles
Gilmore brings with him a wealth of knowledge to his new role as Chairman.
Having joined FluentStream as CEO in 2018, he led the company in overhauling its strategy to accelerate growth and transform FluentStream.
"Several years ago, we embraced a customer-first culture that focuses our research and development efforts, customer service initiatives, and business objectives to ensure we align with customer needs,"
Gilmore said.
Under his leadership, FluentStream scaled from a regional player to one of the nation's largest providers exclusively focused on the SMB community.
This resulted in the company being recognised by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US for seven consecutive years.
"I am incredibly proud of the FluentStream team and look forward to ongoing growth and success under Kerrin's leadership," Gilmore concluded.
Relatively new in comparison to Gilmore, Parker joined FluentStream in 2022.
