What to Expect at Microsoft Inspire 2023
At Inspire, Microsoft's 400,000-strong partner network members join forces. They can discuss ideas, explore new Microsoft tools, and even celebrate the "Partner of the Year" awards.
This year's two-day digital event will take place on July 18 and 19, offering partners worldwide an opportunity to discover new ways to grow. The digital-only experience promises complete access to live keynotes and sessions, an on-demand video catalogue, a speaker directory, and session scheduler tools. Additionally, Microsoft will offer interactive session chats for networking and downloadable resources.
Keynote and dedicated speaker sessions will comprise most of day one at Inspire. Attendees can expect to hear from Satya Nadella (CEO), Judson Althoff (CCO), Nick Parker (President of Partner Sales), and many other leaders.
As well as an introductory keynote, topics for planned sessions include:
- Powering AI transformation in the Microsoft Cloud
- The road ahead for the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program
- End-to-end security powered by AI for Microsoft customers
- Transforming work with AI and Microsoft tools (such as Copilot)
- Turning impact into vision with Microsoft Azure
- Winning customers with industry-specific solutions
The event is also free to attend.
Theta Lake Boosts Zoom Contact Centre's Security
Theta Lake and Zoom have expanded their partnership, with the former integrating with Zoom Contact Centre to enhance its security provisions.
Theta Lake and Zoom have had a partnership in 2018, with Theta Lake offering security and compliance for Zoom's UC suite.
Garth Landers, Director of Product Marketing at Theta Lake, wrote in a blog post announcing the solution:
Zoom Contact Center is a robust, omnichannel solution that helps businesses deliver prompt, accurate, and supportive experiences for customers and agents alike. For many organizations, these interactions must be captured, retained, and supervised for training purposes and regulatory compliance. Like all of Theta Lake’s integrations with the Zoom portfolio, the integration with Zoom Contact Center is seamless, and integration/deployment takes place rapidly."
The Theta Lake and Zoom Contact Centre integration allows businesses to capture and safely store contact centre recordings like other unified communications services can — recordings containing sensitive data that need to be secure.
Among the other benefits of the integration is the capability for Zoom administrators to leverage Theta Lake to capture, assess, and archive all contact centre and UC content in a single platform; the function to capture and archive voice communications; and diverse and customisable archive storage solutions, which can be adjusted for each business's needs.
