The largest Unified Communications and Collaboration Event in Europe is returning to the London ExCeL centre in 2019. A world-renowned hub of innovation and networking potential, the UC EXPO is the must-see event for those with an interest in unified communications. This year, the event organisers have revealed that the conference will focus on the evolution of collaboration in businesses, and the future of the workplace. Additionally, attendees will also be discussing the demand for smarter experiences.
Between the 15th and 16th of May 2019, the UC EXPO will bring together over 6,500 IT experts, UC&C professionals and more come together to explore everything from AI to networking, cloud communication, and customer contact. Additionally, for the first time, UC EXPO attendees will also have access to the Customer Contact X co-located event. This additional conference will help customer experience and contact centre professionals discover new ways to meet the needs of today's consumer.
