timeghost is designed entirely for Microsoft users, which means that you can log in with your Office 365 credentials and generate analytics reports using Microsoft Power Automate. timeghost’s key capability is that it reminds you of the small tasks and minor effort entries that you might have forgotten, but which could make a significant difference to your timesheet calculation and effort-based client invoicing.
To enable these capabilities, timeghost leverages three key solutions components: a timer, an activity feed, and a performance dashboard. The timer allows automated and manual time tracking for your projects and sub-tasks. These are mapped against your daily working hours. The activity feed automatically records Office 365 usage through back-end integrations. You can link the feed to Teams, Planner, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and other Microsoft tools through pre-built connectors. There’s also a Zapier integration if you connect timeghost with other services. Finally, the dashboard presents a comprehensive view of your team’s time utilisation and performance, which is suitable for managers.
The timeghost Teams app brings all of these features into the Microsoft Teams environment, which means that you can access the timer, monitor your feed, and view the dashboard. There are a number of other features as well – let us review it in detail.
