RingCentral has announced Tarek Robbiati as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Robbiati has been a member of the RingCentral Board of Directors since last December and was formerly Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Finance and Strategy at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Robbiati will be CEO effective August 28, 2023, and will remain a member of the Company's Board.

Robbiati's CV illustrates almost three decades as a renowned strategic and financial operator, respected for his leadership roles within the telecom, media, technology and financial services industries.
Since 2018, Robbiati has worked as CFO and EVP of Finance and Strategy for HP Enterprise, where he was critical in pushing HPE's portfolio to higher-growth and higher-margin areas. Under Robbiati, HP Enterprise more than doubled ARR while substantially growing cash flow.
Before HPE, Robbiati was CFO at Sprint Corp. Before Sprint; he held multiple leadership positions, including CEO roles at publicly listed and private companies in Australia and Hong Kong.

Vlad Shmunis Moving into Executive Chairman Role
Chairman and outgoing CEO Vlad Shmunis will transition to the position of Executive Chairman with a remit of driving RingCentral's strategic product vision and innovation.

Under Shmunis, also RingCentral's Founder, the business became an industry leader in cloud comms, recording over $2.2 billion in annual revenues, 400,000 customers, 15,000 channel partners and roughly 4,000 full-time employees.
