Neat as a Service (NaaS) allows companies outside of the US to deploy Neat hardware devices combined with Zoom technology through a budget-friendly monthly service. Zoom and Neat also recently announced that Zoom had made a further financial investment into Neat.
According to Eric Yuan, the CEO of Zoom, together, Zoom and Neat are making it easier for customers to expand their capabilities in video conferencing. An additional investment in Neat reflects the company’s appreciation of Neat as a complement to the Zoom experience. Zoom believes that Neat offers excellent meeting room experiences for customers.
A New Solution for Zoom Customers
Aligned with the recent Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering from Zoom, NaaS comes directly from Neat. This solution expands the reach of Zoom HaaS outside of the US, allowing Zoom customers to consume Neat devices on a global scale. It’s an ideal solution for customers with teams and offices scattered through multiple countries.
As the world approaches a new age of working, both remotely and in-office, video conferencing will be crucial to ongoing productivity. NaaS will simplify the process of accessing video for any customer with a Zoom Rooms license in a cost-effective and predictable manner. Neat Bar and Neat Pad are available through NaaS now, and Neat Board will be added as a NaaS offering when it begins shipping this October.
