Cisco has unveiled the Wireless Cisco Phone 800 series to provide frontline workers with a quality phone that can handle more 'wear and tear'.
According to Cisco, it is the first smartphone series for demanding jobs such as hospitals, construction sites, warehouses, and more.
The company has made the phone capable of supporting native registration to Webex Call and Control Hub and on-premise CUCM registration.
Brooke Bode, Product Marketing Manager at Webex, commented: "From nurses in the emergency room to construction workers on-site, frontline workers need a quality wireless phone that can handle more wear and tear.
"The first smartphone for demanding jobs, the Wireless Cisco Phone 800 series answered this call, offering reliable communication and simple management.
"Regardless of which registration and which of the four phone models you choose, reliable and secure communication is guaranteed for end users, and management is simple for network administrators."
