A new year often sees organisations implement their plans, which is exactly what is happening at Voiceflex.
In a chat with UC Today, James Arnold Roberts, CEO at Voiceflex, revealed that the company in 2023 is targeting growth, boosting customer satisfaction, and driving automated services into the channel.
Arnold-Roberts said: “We’re looking at the market, looking at the opportunities, and looking at how do we use the heritage that we've got and deliver it into the new world of cloud-first applications.”
Growth
In recent months, we have seen thousands of layoffs right across the technology industry as organisations adjust to post-pandemic sales and a potential upcoming recession.
However, the story at Voiceflex is very different, as the company is looking to grow its revenue and expand further through potential acquisitions.
Arnold-Roberts commented: “The plan for the business over the next 24 to 36 months is to grow, and we're going to be growing organically.
“We'll be just shy of double-digit growth, probably coming out of this year, but then we’ll also look at potential M&A and driving that number for either additional revenue growth or to boost our technology stack.
“It'll depend on what's in the market, but it will be consistent with what we're known for, which is channel only and delivering voice-centric applications.”
The UK is currently in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis which is having an impact on all individuals and organisations.
Some companies have adjusted their spending and made cuts to ensure they can weather the storm, and while growth is being planned at Voiceflex, Arnold-Roberts acknowledged that the company must get it right in the macroeconomic climate.
He added: “We need to make sure that we build at the right speed, and also that we put the time and effort into delivering the right applications that can enable us to grow.
“The key around growth is listening to our partner community because if we don't listen and give them something that they can’t consume, we're not going to grow at the speed that we need to.
“We also need to make sure that if we are growing, we're doing it in a sustainable way.
“I don't want to be going out and buying organisations just to keep the revenue increasing because it's key that we acquire companies that have a similar ethos to us.”
Customer Portal
Voiceflex is setting its sights on boosting customer satisfaction, and it is planning on doing this by utilising its customer portal.
The portal allows the company’s reseller community to take and consume its API services first.
