HiBob has kicked off 2026 with significant industry recognition, securing top positions in multiple categories aimed at mid-market organizations.
The company behind Bob, the people management platform, earned first-place rankings in the 2025–2026 Sapient Insights Mid-Market Voice of the Customer Report while also landing a spot on Accadian Ventures' Future of Work 100 list.
“These results highlight a tremendous market opportunity. Organizations are choosing HiBob for our modern experience, flexibility, and deep commitment to people-centric workplaces,”
says Ronni Zehavi, CEO and Co-Founder of HiBob.
The dual recognition arrives at a pivotal moment for HR technology buyers. As organizations navigate the complexities of AI integration and evolving workforce expectations, they are increasingly turning to validated, customer-backed solutions rather than relying solely on vendor promises. HiBob's performance in these assessments signals something enterprise buyers care deeply about: real users report high satisfaction across the metrics that determine platform success.
What makes these accolades particularly noteworthy is their timing and source. Both come from independent evaluations—one driven by customer feedback, the other by market analysis—providing HR leaders with third-party validation that carries weight in boardroom discussions and budget approvals.
Breaking Down the Sapient Insights Dominance
HiBob secured eight top rankings in the mid-market segment of Sapient Insights' comprehensive annual survey, claiming the number-one position for both User Experience and Vendor Satisfaction across three critical categories: Core HRMS, Performance Management, and HR Service Delivery.
HiBob achieved 100% of customers reporting that the system meets their needs “Always” or “Most of the Time,” a perfect score unmatched by any other vendor in the category.
The Performance Management recognition deserves particular attention. This functionality has grown rapidly in importance among buyers as organizations shift from annual reviews to continuous feedback models.
Market penetration tells another part of the story. HiBob’s adoption in the mid-market segment grew from 3.44% to 4.26%—one of the largest projected increases in the category. This growth trajectory indicates that HiBob is winning competitive evaluations against established players in a segment where buying decisions involve rigorous review processes.
Customer feedback emphasized HiBob’s intuitive design, vendor responsiveness, straightforward configuration, and people-first approach.
Stacey Harris, Chief Research Officer at Sapient Insights Group, noted that
“HiBob’s rapid rise in the mid-market HR technology space reflects both its growing influence and the expectations buyers now have for modern, global HRMS platforms.”
